Frequently Asked Questions
- We can ship anywhere in the Philippines.
- For Metro Manila we ship via Lalamove Delivery. You will receive your order in 2-3 days after receipt of payment.
- For Provincial delivery we use LBC and JRS Express. You will receive your order in 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.
- In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if unclaimed, the full shipping charge for redelivery will be shouldered by the customer. To avoid delays, please make sure that a representative is available to receive the package.
- We accept transactions through bank deposit/transfer via BDO, BPI, Paypal, Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Express. After payment, send us a copy of the payment/deposit receipt along with your name and order number at email@example.com
Returns and Exchanges
- We allow exchange of full priced items (for equal or higher price items, subject to availability). Strictly no returns or refunds.
- SALE items purchased are final, may not be returned nor exchanged.
- Please contact us to notify us of exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will reply instruction for exchange within 24 hours. All costs of exchange will be on the customer.
- Customer is responsible for items lost in the process of return.
- All items for exchange must be in good condition, unused with complete tags still intact.
